"I accepted a position with Excelitas Technoloies in June of 2008. I was challenged to transform the facility from a lab environment into a true manufacturing facility. We currently have two lines converted into continuous flow manufacturing processes and a third one that is in prcess to complete conversion. I have adjusted the organziation through RIF's and continuous training. Our metrics have shown improvements in every aspect. I was able to accomplish this with a very good team and a willingness to listen."
