"It was a miserable place to work for me due to the excessive 12 hour shift schedule. No opportunity for promotions or furthering your education if you choose to settle for working there. The pay was around $13.46 per hour for me when I started in August of 2008. I was earning around $14.80 per hour when I THANKFULLY resigned in March of 2009 due to a lucrative job offer with the federal government. I will have my college degree this year and I thank Exal for motivating me to want to do better. Exal pays decent but it's a "perfect" dead end job. No opportunities for growth at that company."
"I was very pleased with the company and enjoyed my job. Just wish they were hiring full-time."
