"Make sure that you take your breaks and lunch and not allow them to take advantage of you. If you aren't being listened to go to make sur that you document your concerns (in writing), so that they can't say they didn't know what is happening. Protect yourself in any way you can by documentation."
What don't you like about working at Exact Staff?
"Upper Executives Management didn't care about employees"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"That they listen to the employees needs, and not overwork the employees just because they are salaried. They need to be respectful towards their employees."
