"They have some good company benefits and the people are easy to work with."

"If you want a job with a stagnant company with no groth and you live close it is a great place to work at."

What don't you like about working at Evonik Industries?

"No challenge, growth and there pay is not aggressive. There is nothing to work for or towards. I am making now what people that started there 20 years ago are and still are with no jumps."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management is actually pretty good. I would suggest some better incentive programs though."
