"Do much sales driven and not enough focus on spending for tech"

"I would have explored new technology more to try and improve delivery but cut costs, and yes it could have been done."

"None really, just be yourself. They're very nice there, so it's not terribly hard to get along with them."

"They don't have their release process in a very professional setup, it's very manual and time consuming."

"That they spend their man hours to working on worthwhile things and revamp many of their processes."
