"love the job and not the income, this definately for those wihtout a family or major responsibilities."

What don't you like about working at University of Arizona?

"very little room for advancement and pay is only increased if its voted upon by the state."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Let pay be performanced based and allow all administrators have at least 2 season tickets so spouses can attend events."
