"I have worked for Encore Event Technologies for the past 4 years. I spent my first 2 years as a technician, and the second 2 years as a Sales Manager. I absolutely love the team oriented spirit of Encore. Everyone works hard to pull of incredible events. I do wish upper management had more compassion towards employees. Once entering sales I saw how overworked the hourly employees really are and how management didn't care that they were burnt out. Getting acquired by PSAV also really damaged the morale and spirits of the team because it felt as though we were being held back from doing our best due to their policies."
