"Freedom to teach with your own techniques as long as you have results."

What don't you like about working at CSTCC?

"Student quality seems to have gone down in the last few years. But now I know they are doing better advertising and campaigning so it may be better since I worked there."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management I had when I was there is no longer there..."
