"Communication between teams and directors is lacking. There are not any real foreseeable growth opportunities. Working with the IT department requires an extreme amount of patience and stress management."

"I would be much more open with my lines of communication. The do-ers find out way to late what is actually going on and what will be required of them."

"the management is not very communicative with lower hierarchy, there are few growth opportunities"

"create small clusters of expertise where people could see real growth opportunities."
