"Serious unreliability in job security. Negotiate a high hourly rate up front because you'll need it off set limited hours. The company has many clinics in the state of FL which leads to a host of issues for employees. I enjoyed my patients and most of the team in our small office. You'll only be working with 2 other people so be prepared to jump into various roles as needed. I think corporate has some work to do to stand behind their mission."
