"ETC is a startup company that hasn't figured out how to be a 'grown up' company. The founder and startup management team are some of the worst management staff that I have ever worked for or with. The parent company is not familiar with the industry and appears to change focus each year."
"I've worked for ETCC for going on 3 years, since 2011. I've found it to be a company lacking in leadership. From my perspective, the complete and unnegotiable happiness of the customer is what drives the scope of projects and efforts needed to successfully deliver said project. This (perceived) philosophy thus impacts employee schedules because usually scope increases while time of delivery decreases. In the 3 projects I've been on my team and I have had to work 8 weeks, 12 weeks, and 16 weeks, respectively, in a row (weekends included) in order to successfully deliver a quality product. That, thus, affects morale within the project. Especially when there is no appreciation expressed."
"A 10 year old company stuck in that 'Start-Up' phase, unable to grow further."
