"Be honest and be able to do what you say you can. All to often people think they can do something they have no experience with and then find out it's harder than they thought."

"The company is run like a Mom and Pop operation and has reached it's limitation until that changes, also the owner has no HVAC background and makes poor decisions."

"The support people that I worked with are some of the best people I have ever worked with."

"The are the absolute worst company I have ever worked for when it comes to micro management. They do not care at all about your personal life and your family. There wasn't any possible room for advancement unless someone quit or died and then you better be in good with upper management."

"The ownership needs to diversify and clean house. They then need to hire people they can trust and rely on them to get the job done. Think outside the commercial market box for work and be willing to take the chances the original owner took when he moved to Arizona 40 years ago."

"I like what I do as an estimator, but most of the time I have a hard time with the people I work with. They are arrogant and like to take the credit."
