"Good Luck. Praise how well the local football team (the Warthogs) are doing. Talk about how much you like church and hunting. Fishing is also good."
What don't you like about working at Essick Air?
"I was an Outsider and educated. Most of the people were long term locals who maintained an inbreeding work environment. If you grew up outside of Little Rock, Arkansas then you would forever be closed to growth and promotion opportunities."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire the executive staff that grew up, lived and was educated outside of Arkansas. The company is in serious need of globalization experience."
