"ESPN Zone is an exciting environment. I worked with many great people and was surrounded by supportive coaches who encouraged me to develop all my talents as well as explore all areas I wanted to learn."

"Guest service is top priority. Staff and guest safety also top priorities. Their approach to teamwork centers around honesty, integrity, trust, and respect. Be outgoing. Be yourself without fear."

What don't you like about working at ESPN?

"Being part of the greater Walt Disney family, their is a huge, slow moving corporate structure. Great ideas and projects are implemented, but often require years of persistence and diligence to accomplish."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take advantage of all the training and coaching offered. Keep your eye on the big picture, as there is a huge company behind ESPN Zone, with a vast array of opportunities."
