"ESM is a Good place to if you had trained Supervisor and Lead. I feel like the core values don’t seem to apply to the higher up they talk to you then talk about you to other people behind your back. I know of drug use by lead and supervisor on breaks when you sit back and observe you hear a lot. I think the Company should re-evaluate who they have out there led them. I didn’t feel safe about certifiable things and it was always brought to there attention but always go pushed under the rug then made me look bad because they didn’t want the heat on them. I'm an honest person and a truthful person. I just feel like I didn’t get a fair chance and that corporations should take a little better look at who they have running there facility."
