2.4 Worked for this company for 5 years. Company was acquired by a group from Spain, the CEO left, since then 4 CEOs in 4 years, all top management team left, could not retain staff at any level, company culture disappeared, no communication. New group ownership arrived with plenty plans expecting so much building brands grow markets... but never gave any resources (elaborated nice budgets but as soon as the year would start we had freezes and double freezes), thye were just interested in fleecing the company. Company had grown double digits for 10 years but within 2 years after the acquisition sales were flat than dropped..... My department fell victim to restructuration, they called me on my 1st day of vacation to as I was boarding a 14 hr long flight to let me know....
