"In assurance you will work long hours for garbage pay. Your utilization factor will go up faster than your earning. It is a lifeless job in audit and there is nothing they can do short of making the environment better."
What don't you like about working at Ernst & Young?
"The hours are long, the pay is terrible, the work is boring and the people are overwhelmingly negative in assurance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would staff more people and cut down on the hours. Too many jobs, too much work, not enough people not enough pay."
