"401k is a joke, morale is poor, management likes to pressure / force people into doing things that should be a private choice (like post positive LinkedIn post and blogs), distrust seems to be fostered by upper management. High turn-over in sales and sales management positions, no tolerance for critical and honest input, increases in pay or bonus have no ties to performance as any goals set can and will be changed at will and without merit."
