"After 6 months in the company, pros are: Co-workers are nice and easy to deal with. Good environment to work. Build facilities are very good. Cons: Overall, Ericsson experienced Engineers / Architects tend to over engineer solutions, designing complex architectures for on average small solutions. Before I started I'd been told that the company works on a flextime schedule, but when I started my manager told me that in his department this rule didn't apply."
