Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't expect much. In a company of over 90,000 people you are just a number. In fact if you can avoid it, don't even apply. All projects last only a certain time and once they're up you have to find another project to work on, no matter where it is."
What don't you like about working at Ericsson?
"Technicians are treated as a necessary evil. Very low morale. Workforce is motivated by watching them lay off skilled people who don't fit their dumbed down idea of a technician or engineer. They do not want techs taking ownership of their work. A just close the work ticket mentality runs rampant throughout management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need to throw their whole European business concept out and start from scratch. It's not working here."

"They flat out lied to us. I took a lateral move to save my pay level and job. Two months later we are all taking a large pay cut."
