"You need to be able to work in a team environment because all decisions that are made are done so in a team oriented fashion. All people within the CORE team have a voice on any deal that is being brought to the table."

What don't you like about working at Ericsson?

"Ericsson Federal is in a transition period and they are trying to determine their strategy moving forward so there is some uncertainty moving forward."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say that they should be building the sales competency and not letting people go. I don't believe that the best way to grow the business is to reduce your sales force and those that are supporting those efforts."
