"I’ve worked through recruitment at Ericsson and overall it was a positive ordeal. This last time though I found them to be unorganized, training was not up to par at all and I found my information was still being used after I was no longer there. There was a lot of office politics going on as well. I would like to think it was just this portion of the company and not them as a whole and would join again in a different aspect of the company."
