3.7 I started to work for Ericsson after software company I work for was acquired, is a big company with offices on most of country around the world, is a company with strong history in telecommunication industry, and still driving this history with innovation for current world. The main value is respect, followed by inclusion and diversity.

3.1 I’ve worked through recruitment at Ericsson and overall it was a positive ordeal. This last time though I found them to be unorganized, training was not up to par at all and I found my information was still being used after I was no longer there. There was a lot of office politics going on as well. I would like to think it was just this portion of the company and not them as a whole and would join again in a different aspect of the company.
