"Run like hell, go on, get out of here already."
What don't you like about working at SolarWorld?
"The management has openly yelled at people in meeting settings that is entirely inappropriate at this level. Arguing is fine, but yelling at someone because the answer is not phrased in the manner they want, is just working for a bully."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit mircomanaging every darn aspect of the operation, we have some good people working here, quit holding them back."
