"I did not have a salary position and couldn't transition to one that would have been worth adding the hours."

"They are nice people."

What do you like about working at Equinox Fitness?

"I enjoyed being in health club environment. The energy of the club and consistent interaction with members and potential members fed my eagerness to learn and be challenged. Management made sure that it was a competative enviroment between members o the sales team with out loosing the feeling that we were all on the same team. I had the abuility to relocate and head up the pre sale of a new Fitness club in Chicago, enabling me to earn more then the average sales Advisor. That experience sharpen my sales skills that contributed as a top performer in the company at that time."

What don't you like about working at Equinox Fitness?

"There was no ability for unlimited earning potential, eventually salary caps out after the first few years selling memberships. I was a top performer in the company when it came to production, but the commission and bonus structure did not reflect nor equal the value of my time spent working ."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To better budget the clubs to enable sufficient payment for one time."
