"I've worked for EQ since 2019. At first it was amazing but now it is very stressful and overwhelming. Since working from home many have struggled with mental health and they are having a very hard time separating home and work. The company started out great with communication but now it is terrible. We've been working overtime for the almost 4 months now and it seems as if there is no light at the end of the tunnel. It is very hard to take a vacation to take time for yourself and take care of you due to there never seems to be enough reps working. I love what I do but the management has to do better."
