"Be prepared to not make much money early on because you do not have a base of business to draw upon."

"Sold the same product lines as several large distributors in the area. Difficult to compete against national contracts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None really. This was a very small company that had a marketing niche. I think the owner would have been better served delegating more responsibilities to his employees and sales staff."
