"I worked at Epsilon for 4 years. The most caustic place I’ve ever worked. The marketing department was run by fear and intimidation and even worked people extra hard during the pandemic. And not to accomplish results but so ignorant executives who got their jobs through politics and without any acumen, could impress their bosses. The current president is a loud-mouthed abusive child. Other departments might be different but if you work in marketing run away. Oh unless you like working for a company that has been fined for violating privacy laws and collecting data illegally."

"Epsilon was just sold recently. It is a mature digital marketing company that has it challenges with getting things done. Regrettably there are so many teams not under one chain of command it makes it difficult to be efficient and effective. . Change is feared instead of embraced."
