"N/a. I’ve never done this to get an interview."

"I was disappointed that I was let go under mutual consent. I took this position by request and not the one I had applied for, because there were no other candidates. The Texas Workforce Commission did a full investigation (onsite) as to why I was released. They reported my job performance was exceptional and the release had nothing to do with me."

"Company offered flexible hours and ability to work from home."

"Show them you know about the databases not just how to write a SQL."

What don't you like about working at Epsilon?

"There was little interaction between reporting and the application team. Company had few involved in actual client reporting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"New buildings were extremely cramped for space. Poor layout of team areas made building team connections difficult."

"Coworkers were great. Everyone does what they can to do their job well."

"Don't even interview with the company. They tell you what they think you what to hear during the interview and none of it is true."

What don't you like about working at Epsilon?

"Sweatshop and micromanagement. There is no freedom to do your job and there is no work/life balance."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You hire good people, give them the freedom to do their job. Working excessive hours does not result in more work and the quality of work suffers."
