"At first it was great. The work was interesting and the people who worked there were so great to work with."

"If you want some good experience, and don't expect to get paid a lot it could still be a good place to work. I don't really know how things are like there now. I left and never looked back."

What don't you like about working at Epic Cycle Interactive?

"Near the end some poor business decisions were made and the staff paid the price. They were making everyone work overtime without any extra pay. Then things went very bad. Many people left, business was lost; finally, they had to let most everyone go. Karma."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Invest more in your employees and less in your infrastructure"
