"I worked with EOG on 2 separate occasions for a total of 7 years. Although they maintain a high stock price and reputable name they do so at the employees expense. Under experienced management along with a lean safety program and sub par equipment makes it a difficult environment to thrive in. They want people who do as told never question anything no matter the cost associated with it. They do have some exceptional people most of which are answering to upper management in the office with no idea of what really goes on in field."
