"I have worked for Envision Construction and Design for about 4 years and I have either managed myself or worked in conjunction with other project management. The projects that we get range from $500K to around $15M. The company is smaller which allows your voice to be heard if you want to improve anything. The upper management staff are very accommodating to wanting to work hard and strive for the best. Everyone in the company wants to work together and embrace the fact that everyone has something to bring to the table. The company is very strong in the industrial knowledge that is brought to each project and all the problems that arise are handled professionally and with care. I would recommend working for Envision."
