"I worked for Envisage for 3 years. I found the company to not provide good usable training without wearing out the trainer. QA members are not valued. Overtime is expected, all are on salary. Only a few people who work around the clock see the extra compensation for hours over 50 per week. Automation is being used to replace QA. Company benefits are much lower than those found in the average company in neighboring cities. Hiring takes advantage of the southern tier where there has been job loss."
