"What I love about doing this work is that I get to really know the elderly better then the nurses do when I come in and clean there room we talk about what's on TV and how's their day going. What I don't like about environment service is that there's not a next level to grow here."

"Scheduling was lacking. Gossip at every turn. Management took forever to fully handle a problem."

"I would hire people instead of constantly have them be temporary. I would be consistent with the scheduling."
