"Entrec was a company that placed itself at the forefront of crane operations in the Bakken due to its exception performance record. The problem with the company is it, is based in Canada and had very little insight into work being done, due to the distance. Supervisors were adequate but expected you to know things without giving proper explanations on the matter. Definite communication issues within organization."
