"Make sure that you are self sufficient and a self starter. This is highly important in a company that is in the position they are."

"The inconsistencies in policies and the growing pains that the company faces."

"Try to ease the effects of changes to the companies structure and if they are necessary to not do them so frequently."

"I enjoyed working with good people and the management. Huge financial issues with company are forcing them to sell."
What don't you like about working at Borland & Borland?
"Unfortunately Borland had a significan downsize prior to the sale of the assets of the company and all outside sales reps, quota achievers or not, were let go."
