Due to the poor management Enprotech Industrial Technologies provides, the hard working employees will never receive the benefits of their work or skill in the trade. Enprotech Industrial Technology makes a mockery out of the skill trades employees that they have and often will hire a family member for a lead/management position rather than a qualified applicant. The unqualified manager that will be handling jobs directly affects the skill trades workers' ability to do their job. Enprotech Industrial Technologies has no regard for putting their employees in a lose-lose situation or not preparing the equipment, paperwork, or even properly equipped employees to do a job, but expects to get the job done in a way their warranty won't fall in place so they can profit off the job.
