"All non family (or family friends) are under paid and over exploited, you can be a dedicated employee that does high quality work and never move up in the company. Due to the poor management Enprotech Industrial Technologies provides, the hard working employees will never receive the benefits of their work or skill in the trade. Enprotech Industrial Technology makes a mockery out of the skill trades employees that they have and often will hire a family member for a lead/management position rather than a qualified applicant.
