"A positive attitude is the most important thing. Make them believe you can do the job with little input from the company."

"As a contract employee, I don't have ultimate responsibility for anything. Most of the time this is good. Sometimes it is very frustrating."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Most of the time, the Qualis management does not have a very good idea of what is actually happening to their employees in the customer's work environment."

"The CEO was not the right person to be running the company. He was a candy bar sales man who knew the owner and was placed as CEO based on that. His lack of experience is bring the company down."

"The CEO needs to try and let the people running their departments run them and not get in the way so much."
