"Try to negotiate when interview about the salary and working schedule for week days and for weekend."

"As there has more projects need to finish, need to work overtime for management staffs, but not much bonus."

"A system for tracking projects. Developed tracking system using MS Project and other DBMSs to track schedules, critical paths and resources."

"Your success is more based on politics than it is on actual job performance. Find out who the decision makers are and then cozy up to them, and you'll be good come review time."
What don't you like about working at Microsoft?
"Upper management is generally inept, looking out mostly for themselves, taking credit for the work of those under them, burning those people out while they're taking repeated vacations, and getting all the money at review time and throwing a scrap or two to those who are actually getting the work done."

"Quit, so someone who actually cares about the success of the company can take your job and make decisions based on that desire rather than on your own greed."

"Acknowledged good workmanship, made employee feel like partner, discouraged inner office jealousy and created a sincere team emviroment. Didn't eliminate personnel from projects due to no exact experience on that type of project. They evaluated your past accomplishments and always presented a challenge to learn new concepts. For that reason, I Loved TAVA Technologies"

"They sold out for the quick profit and new owners ran the organization into the ground within 1 year"
