"My likes are: flexible workday; work-at-home opportunities; exposure to cutting-edge datacenter architecture; and exposure to banking computing."
What don't you like about working at Capital One?
"Upper-level management is reactive, not proactive. Change control processes are inordinately cumbersome."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on process improvement, not on process expansion. Be prepared to completely rework processes if needed."

"The attitudes of the local people were very cooperative. Also, I got to be hands-on, and I did a lot of true engineering."
