"Found out that employees in the US were just a number and expendable."

"Do not treat US employees like they are just numbers."

"Understand the overtime requirements for whatever specific department the position is in."

"Overtime, weekend and holiday work is sometimes mandatory depending on your position in the organization."

"The job is boring and several of the people are arrogant beyond belief. Other areas of the company are just as stable but the people aren't quite so full of themselves."

"Reward the behavior you seek instead of rewarding politics."

"It was a great place to work but with the down sizing and outsourcing dont know how stable the company is."

"I likes the people, the chance for advancement and the overall positive attitude and want to succeed. They treated their employees well and showed you were part of the companies success. The management team was open to new ideas to improve productivity and efficiency while still working with the employee groups to keep them happy."

"None. My work was fun and challenging."

"One VP has troubling habits. Could cost the company down the road. President and COO are extremely professional."
