"If you really must interview for this company, it depends on who you interview with. In most cases, attempting to mimic the personality of the person you are interviewing with is sure to be the most successful route."

"Long hours, work is unrelated to any college degree earned, random drug testing even for salaried workers, management style is to divert all responsibility to the lowest level but also remain constantly informed such that the credit can be claimed on the occasion something is successful, raises were based on a curve instead of actual performance - that curve was based on manager's favorites rather than contribution: plus it caps anyway."

"Where to start I suppose my first suggestion would be for management to start taking suggestions."

"You are expected to dedicate your life to this company, 24 hours a day. Attempting to use allotted vacation may result in threats of termination. Medieval indentured servitude is a good description of working here."

"Do the world a favor and slit your belly open."

"You have too much overhead eg throwing money at the problem without first properly identifying the issue"

"Were all supposed to be buddies so why do I feel like I am back in highschool again. There are the popular groups then there's everyone else"

"Strive for excellence not cheaply manufactured products. Possible to increase bottom line by making quality products and marketing the value added services to increase profits."

"They are a staffing firm, and they bother me very little as I do my work."

"No, I have no tips or suggestions for potential new hires."

"They take a long time to reimburse my travel, and I have to travel every week, so it adds up quickly."

"The website is really bad, I've been with the company for 5 months and I still don't have access to all the areas I should."

"Yes stay the hell away from this company they will distroy your will to live"

"I don't like the fact that I can not speak freely about safety issues. We have had numerous people killed and hurt but I got terminated for speaking out. They rehired me only because the are such a pathetic company that they cant get anyone to do my job"

"I suggest management get rid of themselves and hire people who care more about doing a good job and less about themselves"

"Absolutly nothing. Except maybe the other engineers stuck in the same sinking ship."

"Dont do it. Not unless you like to spend your hard earned salary to keep your job."

What don't you like about working at CH2MHILL?

"Its a part time full time job where you are paid by the hour as long as you are working for a client. If they cant find clients your screwed. A will get paid zerp and then laid off very quickly."

"There's too many of you. Try laying managers off to reduce costs."

"Temporary job, not a caree move by any means, look at it that way and you will be ok"

"Last resort work place, you make your deal going in after that you are screwed"

"Not much, management was totall inexperienced, dangerous self promoting selfish golden hancuffs"

"Look at your self if at all possible. All you offer are dead end jobs for desperate people."

"Nothing about this bunch is worthwhile. Deceptive to the point of being dishonest and disreputable."

"A group of thieves. Worse than the lowest of the low."
