"I love most everything about the company. I don't feel there is positive individual feedback from certain management personnel."

"Provide educational opportunities within the software field. It is critical to keep up with the industry or you soon become unmarketable."

"there wasnt any opportunity to advance in the company because everyone in high level positions were mid to late 20's."

"Primarily management of my department and the overall instability due to multiple acquistions."

"They should minimize the internal mirco-managing which tends to slow the process and negatively impact moral."

"as a start-up in 2008 it was in jeopardy, I got caught up in a VC panic move"

"do not know right now, some of the Senior Management has changed and I have not kept up"

"I like the job security and available resource. I like the relatively short commute distance from home."

"Do not go for contract work. Apply for full-time and make sure you interview your manager."

"It is micromanaged by managers. There are zero opportunities to grow. Contract workers often are seen as an inferior class."

"The lower management tier sucked. They focused on self-serving, ego-boosting projects - not pleasant to work with."
