"After the Founder and CEO Stan Ovshinsky was removed from the company, things changed and the focus was shifted from research to production."

"Restore the old atmosphere of promoting fundamental science for the benefit of humanity, hire creative and innovative people, look into the future beyond the immediate pay back. Don't be greedy but generous and people oriented like Stan Ovshinsky. That's the only way ECD can survive."

"One of the positives working for ECD is high visiblility I have with upper mgmt. This is a strength for working for a small company but publicly traded company. I have weekly, monthly, and qtrly financial presentations to Sr Mgmt along with daily interaction of business objectives and goals."

"As with a lot of companies in this current economy, the company is experiencing financial diffuculties. Job stability is priority one for me and my family."

"Sr Mgmt needs to stick to their core vision of the company and not think short-sided with the current financial problems they are occuring. We are established player in a growing industry but are facing problems that most companies have encountered in the current envrionment."
