"The company was enjoying tremendous growth within the company while dealing with tectonic shift in the marketplace. We managed the aggressive growth effectively and because of our success became the target of acquisition. The transition to becoming part of a very large and very different organization was a tremendous challenge."

"Stay close to the customers and leverage your trusted advisor status to anticipate where the market needs are going to come from."
