4.3I have worked for Encore Event Technologies for the past 4 years. I spent my first 2 years as a technician, and the second 2 years as a Sales Manager. I absolutely love the team oriented spirit of Encore. Everyone works hard to pull of incredible events. I do wish upper management had more compassion towards employees. Once entering sales I saw how overworked the hourly employees really are and how management didn't care that they were burnt out. Getting acquired by PSAV also really damaged the morale and spirits of the team because it felt as though we were being held back from doing our best due to their policies.

4.5Being a part of the Global Production Group at Encore Event Technologies has been a first-rate experience. The depth of the people is remarkable. I hope to return from this furlough soon to work with these folks again. But I am a realist and I realize that the COVID-19 has hit our industry hard. So I am looking to take my skills and apply them to a more traditional role.
