"EMTEQ is very energetic and fast-paced. Employees are given autonomy and allowed to attack challenges. Recently, focus has gone to training/process to help employees.Unfortunately, the specific experience you have is very dependent upon your manager. Multiple managers in the company are inexperienced and self-protecting. They have the same autonomy and use it to frustrate those they have personal issues with.
