"Daniel became top heavy with Managment shortly after I became Plant Manager. As a result, one level of management was eliminated and that was me. My boss has 35 years with the company and my senior direct report has 44. I had a year and a half....so"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stay at the current level and don't create slots for a Manager who is only there to punch a ticket and move up to corporate."
