"I had an excellent and staisfying opportunity to work directly with production personnel on process improvement to eliminate waste and increase shareholder value"

"Excellent company and quality processes and people. Just beware and inquire about over staffing at the management level."

What don't you like about working at Emerson?

"Daniel became top heavy with Managment shortly after I became Plant Manager. As a result, one level of management was eliminated and that was me. My boss has 35 years with the company and my senior direct report has 44. I had a year and a half....so"

"Stay at the current level and don't create slots for a Manager who is only there to punch a ticket and move up to corporate."

"I would include an opennes to temporary cross-divisional project opportunities or expat assignments."

"I've worked for Emerson for a year and a half. I find that the company is very easy going, the staff is very friendly, and the benefits are good for full timers, however, the size of the organization can make accomplishing simple acts more difficult."
